You literally can't find a better mortgage broker than Darik/Spyder. You all should do everything you can to keep him there and happy. He is so thorough and responsive (and, above all, patient - he has spent years with me looking at various investment opportunities before we closed this recent one). I find that SunWest/Mortgage Possible doesn't always have the lowest rates/costs and can often be more picky on documentation than direct lenders like PNC, but Spyder's analysis and creativity make up for that for me.

Since there was so much chaos going on in this transaction, it was a relief to be able to contact Darik to find out what the truth was.

Darik and his team made the loan process very easy for me and my wife. We enjoyed the electronic process of submitting all our documents onto one site which made it easy and Darik and his team were easy to contact if we had any questions. They were very responsive in handling our concerns and in their communication with us, the realtor, escrow, title, and my insurance guy.
